KRILA-CLAIR 2021 Joint Seminar

The Korea Research Institute for Local Administration(KRILA) co-hosted the Korea-Japan Joint Research workshop at 1:30 p.m. on August 26 at the Auditorium of the Korea Research Institute for Local Administration(KRILA) on the theme of “A Case Study of Strategies for Responding to Local District Extinction in Korea and Japan” in collaboration with Council of Local Authorities for International Relations(CLAIR)

 

 


 

The Korea Research Institute for Local Administration(KRILA) and Council of Local Authorities for International Relations(CLAIR) shared experiences about the case studies of strategies for responding to local district extinction with both Japanese and Korean local governments under Covid-19 situation and enriched the discourse with diverse perspectives in the face of current situation with IlJae Kim (the President of the Korea Research Institute for Local Administration), DoHyoung Kim (Assistant Research Fellow in the Korea Research Institute for Local Administration), JinKyoung Park (Research Fellow in the Korea Research Institute for Local Administration) and HeeSun Kim (Head of Population Policy Team in Kangwon Province).
