The Analysis of Relationship between Service Quality and Financial Outcome in Local Enterprises

This study is for analysis of the relationship between the financial outcome and the service quality of the local public enterprise, and the mutual consensus in policy as a consequence.
Since the local public enterprise seeks the financial outcome and the service quality at the same time, the meaningful positive (+) relation between them shall be created. However, through comparison and as result of analysis, both of them do not have the relation for the same direction together.
This study, based on the analysis result, suggests to create the followings; First, a system can measure the service quality in the outcome management system of the local public enterprise. Second, a limited competition among their subsidiary companies.
