This study empirically analyzed the impacts of organizational justice on job satisfaction and job performance through the mediation of the perceived organizational support (POS) for firefighting officials. The study method entailed an analysis of 1,516 firefighting officials in Gyeonggi-do with a structural equation model utilizing the AMOS. As a result of the study, first, it was revealed that distributive justice had a significantly positive (+) impact on job satisfaction and POS. In addition, the POS was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between distributive justice and job satisfaction, and a complete mediating effect in the relationship between distributive justice and job performance. Second, it was found that procedural justice had a significantly positive (+) effect on job performance and POS. Moreover, the POS revealed a complete mediating effect in the relationship between procedural justice and job satisfaction, and a partial mediating effect in the relationship between procedural justice and job performance. Based on these findings, this study presented the practical implications for job satisfaction and job performance of firefighting officials.
