Especially in the age of autonomy decentralization, the self-governing body chief and the local parliamentarians have to make progress by improving the quality of life of the residents by converting local daily living and local daily living-related regional pending issues of local residents into local policy. Against this backdrop, in order for local elections to open up to seven elected local elections to emphasize residents' autonomy, it is necessary to realize the establishment of aggressive recruitment system for local human resources, democratization of political parties, to strengthen the practice of the Manifesto / to evaluate performance of policy promises of candidates, cooperation among civic groups support, election law amendment, improvement of the electoral system.
