This study aimed to validate the relationship between the organization culture and the customer orientation in the subjects with public servants in Jeju Province. The selected organization cultures were relationship-oriented culture, innovation-oriented culture, performance-oriented culture, and hierarchy-oriented culture in the competitive value model. The relationship with customer orientation was reviewed with the selected items. First, there was a significant difference in innovation-oriented culture by sexes while there was no difference by the ages upon the verification of perception difference on the organization culture. Significant differences were found in performance-oriented culture and hierarchy-oriented culture in terms of characteristics by titles and service years. Second, upon the analysis of relationship between organization culture and customer orientation, hierarchy-oriented culture did not influence the customer orientation among the factors of organization culture in the public servants of Jeju Province. Strengthening mentorship and communication, support of creativity development, balanced organization operation, and strengthening leader’s role of mediator are suggested based on these.
