This study measured the evaluation of welfare services by residents satisfaction.For this, experience in using welfare services(general, the elderly, children, disabledperson) were analyzing how the impact on the residents satisfaction. According tothe analysis results, the support of the form of direct benefits(Cost of livingassistance, medical aid elderly, disabled child allowance) among welfare serviceswas statistically significant variables that affected the increase of residentssatisfaction. On the other hand, welfare services supported by different forms didnot have a positive impact on the residents satisfaction. The findings of this researchsuggest that the policy needs to be established that meets the needs of thebeneficiaries of welfare services.
