The Korea Local Administration Review

This research presents the way for establishing the cooperative networkbetween a local assembly and communities to revitalize the participation ofresident for local autonomy. The cooperative network belongs to the NAO patternthat Provan & Kenis(2008) developed. In order to establish the cooperativenetwork of the NAO pattern, this paper reviewed the confidence, the participationnumber, the share of the end, the network capacity which are situation factorvariables. The local assembly of Kyoungsangbukdo was illustrated to establish thenetwork. This paper presents the way for establish the network by reviewingsituation factor variables between the local assembly of Kyoungsangbukdo andlocal communities. The network is shaped as the NAOs related to 6 standingcommittees which controled by the NAO center.
