The Korea Local Administration Review

This study investigates the main success factors of local health policy, to dothis, we chose the Customized-Home visiting health care service as a healthpolicy case, and we questioned public servants and the person in charge. Westudy literature and system review of the Home visiting health care service.The variables are budget, human resources, cooperation, specialty, careerexperience, work satisfaction, work pride, leadership, resident interest, andregulations.As a result of logistic regression analysis and AHP analysis, the main factorsinclude human resources, budget, collegiality, interdepartmental cooperation, andestablishment of regulation. In depths interview, the interviewees emphasize theguarantee of status. The result shows that the consideration about humanresources is necessary to succeed the Home visiting health care service.
