A Study on the correlation of Social capital to the Customer Satisfaction : Focusing on Eunpyeong-gudownload
The purpose of this study is to research how social capital affect tocustomer satisfaction of conducting program in autonomy center, as an exampleof Eunpyeong-gu. The results of the Eunpyeong-gu case study suggest that:1) network, trustworthiness and the norm of reciprocity which are the detail ofsocial capital, affect very positively to customer satisfaction; 2) it was figuredthat trustworthiness of social capital affect the biggest influence to measurecustomer satisfaction; 3) in the future, to measure customer satisfaction forpublic sector, community’s social capital formation can be used as an importantindicator; 4) various activities of autonomy center should be changed indirection of expanding social capital in the future.
