The Korea Local Administration Review

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors affecting immigrant brides in local community adaption. The case study was selected from immigrant brides and staffs in charge in rural regions. The result of the study shows that resource and partnership has been influenced local community adaption of immigrant brides. On the other hand, staffs perceive that outer environment have affected the adaption of immigrant brides. In conclusion, immigrant brides are interested in financial support and consideration of local government in short term. Therefore, local government have to strive for community adaption of immigrant brides.
