The Korea Local Administration Review

The purpose of this study investigates the process of multiple conflicts andconsensus building showed in the cases of Baikdudaegan conflicts. The studyalso tries to find out the factors of affecting the consensus building in multipleconflicts condition. This paper suggests several factors to enhance consensusbuilding by exploring multiple conflicts case. The analysis results are expectedto be a basis for the study which encompasses conflict resolution andconsensus building.
