The demands of WTO have been opening to educational industry and emphasizing of trade bargain, not a protective exchange of single country, among many nations. Expecially, The educational opening of international society has influencing to internal education system through FTA and DDA's bargaining process. It's very important to prepare of opening education and improve of educational competitiveness for the national development.
But many local governments haven't been of the opening strategies for their educational industry and regional development. The purpose of this research is to review of some enticement directions related to World Universities in Local governments. This study has analyzed of current situations and enticement cases between external and internal nations. The result of analysis is suggest to effective policy selections of World University enticement for local development.
