The Effects of Financial and Nonfinancial Performance and Firm Size on the Results of Performance Evaluation of Local Government Enterprises

This study investigates the effects of financial and nonfinancial performance on the results of performance evaluation of local government enterprises. In the concrete, I empirically analyze whether the ratio of income and outgo, the degree of improvement and the customer satisfaction index have positive relation with the results of performance evaluation. And this paper researches the relation between the firm size and the results of performance evaluation.
The results of this paper is as follows: First, the ratio of income and outgo, the degree of improvement and the customer satisfaction index have significantly positive relation with the results of performance evaluation. Second, the firm size is significantly and positively related with the results of performance evaluation.
