The supplier side consisted of program plan, management, performance assessment and feedback; while the demand side derived the recognition and satisfaction of the project and the quality of the service as analysis items. Chapter 3 analyzes the results of surveys of suppliers and demanders and gives implications. As a result, there was a difference in the supplier's program provision and the demander's program priorities, so it was derived by adjusting the proportion of the program to compensate for it, responding to similar and redundant problems of the program, preparing clear performance indicators, securing personnel and organizations, evaluating the project appropriately, promoting the project actively, enhancing the accessibility of the service, and enhancing the professionalism of the service. Chapter 4 presented an in-depth case analysis of the life redesign assistance program for the people aged between 50 and 64 years old, with the Seoul Metropolitan Government at the center. According to the analysis, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is performing well overall in the planning, management, and performance evaluation of the project. However, despite leading efforts, other local governments only operated part of the project, indicating the need for further supplementation. Chapter 5 presents improvement plans through analysis contents divided into project stages and other improvement measures. In the planning stage, it was necessary to establish clear definitions for program purposes, reflect the demand of local residents, review the redundancy of program contents, set proper project contents, set up efficient implementation methods, set reasonable and clear performance targets, and to expand the organization and personnel, monitor the project and properly deal with problems in the execution and management stages, and to reinforce the need for improvement of appropriate performance and evaluation results in the performance evaluation and feedback phase. Other improvement plans included designating key ministries, holding project-related briefing sessions, strengthening public relations, and establishing roles between metropolitan and basic local governments.
